This CD, entitled "Sound Sleep," has been developed by Nuala Audiotherapy. It is to help people coping with sleeplessness and stress, to sleep well, every night.

This is achieved with a blend of simple, short 'Relaxation for Sleep' tracks, ancient Celtic music, specially arranged for the modern listener and little verses to inform and reassure

Sleep is essential to all of us. It gives us the rest we need to face the world with renewed vigour and zest for living.

The CD particularly addresses the need of the weary business traveller, working away from home and family. It is often very hard to wind down after a busy, stressful day.

At your hotel you may wish to choose some music and a little poetry before dinner and afterwards, a relaxation session to help you settle down,
to enjoy a deep sleep.

To alleviate stress and nervous tension, we recommend that the CD beused every night until one is able to relax and sleep, at will.
